Product returns due to delivery error
In all cases in which other than what was sold, by type or quantity, or missing a feature previously agreed in writing with BLP CONNEXION, the customer returns the products to be checked and the error determined. In this case, the costs of returning the products to BLP CONNEXION as well as the costs of forwarding to the customer are borne by BLP CONNEXION as long as the method of return proposed by the company is followed.
Returns of defective products
The products shown in our online store may differ in color from reality (due to various factors such as the characteristics of photography, lighting during photography, screen resolution, etc.). Such deviations cannot be characterized as deficiencies in the agreed quality or as a defect of the products you order. In the event that the item is found to have a manufacturing defect, as long as this is confirmed by the manufacturer, or the authorized repairer who provides the guarantee of good operation, or in the event that BLP CONNEXION itself directly provides the guarantee of good operation, the following applies:
The guarantee is provided for a limited period of time which is indicated in the detailed product characteristics. After the end of this period, the repair or replacement of the products is possible for an additional fee following a new agreement with the customer.
The return of the product to be replaced should be made together with all the documents that accompanied the product (e.g. DAT, Retail Receipt, etc.) and its complete packaging. If it is a defect found later after delivery and the packaging is not there, or also if the product packaging was received by the distributors when the item was delivered, product packaging is not required.
The return of the products will take place at the BLP CONNEXION store. The customer bears the shipping costs to BLP CONNEXION and BLP CONNEXION bears the shipping costs of the replaced or repaired product. If the existence of the defect or the lack of the agreed quality is established, BLP CONNEXION will refund the customer and the shipping costs paid by him, provided that he has used the cooperating transport company.
After the return of the products, the defect reported by the customer is checked and then he is contacted to inform him about the results of the check.
Your other rights in case of defective products:
1. The customer is also entitled, within the legal or time frames agreed with these terms and, regardless of the right of withdrawal described below, to exercise any of the rights given to him by law due to defectiveness of the product (correction, replacement , price reduction or withdrawal), and in accordance with the conditions of the law, additionally by directly submitting a request to BLP CONNEXION.

3. If a product is declared defective by the customer, BLP CONNEXION expressly reserves the right to diagnose the product as such in order to replace it with a non-defective one or to repair it, if possible.
4. If the defect is insignificant, the right of withdrawal is not granted by law.
5. If the defect can be corrected or replaced, the customer must accept the correction or replacement, unless it is unprofitable for the customer.
6. If a product is returned as defective and BLP CONNEXION after the above check finds the existence of a defect, the customer can be informed about the replacement or correction process.
