Terms of Purchase from the BLP CONNEXION e-shop www.blpconnexion.gr

1.Where these terms apply

These Terms and Conditions apply to the products sold by online store www.blpconnexion.gr (from now on "BLP CONNEXION"). Every order you place through our online store implies acceptance of these terms and conditions.

2.Details of the E-SHOP seller

The seller of this online store is the General Partnership with the name "A. KARAGIANNOPOULOS & A. KOTZAUSTOPOULOS OE" and distinctive title BLP CONNEXION, based in Geraka Attica (87 Geraka Street, PO Box 15344, tel. +30 210 6618462, email: [email protected]), from now on referred to as "BLP CONNEXION".

3.Order-Completion of the sale-Cancellation of the order

1.When you press the "Send Order" button, this means that you send BLP CONNEXION a proposal to purchase the products in your basket and agree to the application of these General Terms and Conditions of Purchase.

 

2.The confirmation of receipt of the purchase proposal, which is sent automatically immediately after submitting your order, certifies that your order has been received by BLP CONNEXION. This, however, does not automatically constitute acceptance of your purchase proposal, which will only be done after checking and establishing the availability of the products you order, at which point you will be sent a separate email confirming acceptance of your order. BLP CONNEXION expressly reserves the right to accept your proposal or not, depending on the availability of the products you have selected.

 

3.Any incorrect listing of products or payment method/shipping location by you is not the responsibility of BLP CONNEXION, but of you.

 

4.You can cancel your order as long as it has not yet been shipped. You can submit the cancellation request either by phone, at +30 210 6618462, or by email at [email protected].

4.Product Availability

1.If the products ordered are not immediately available or are not available at the listed price due to a change in the listed price at the time the order is placed and processed, BLP CONNEXION will inform you whether it accepts your order, as well as regarding availability and applicable price or any delays in delivery. In case of non-acceptance, any payments you made in this case will be cancelled, in which case a return procedure will follow according to the payment method you chose.

2.BLP CONNEXION checks daily the correctness of the indicated prices of the products of the online store, however, in any case, it expressly reserves the right to any incorrect indication of a price as a re to a mistake, to a human or technical factor, which (price) obviously could not correspond to a usual or average sale price of the respective product.

BLP CONNEXION will inform you of any mistakes/errors in listed prices of products you ordered and the actual correct price. Any payments you have made in this case will be cancelled.

In any case, you will be informed within 3 to 5 working days about the delivery time of your products.

 

 

5.Delivery – Delivery charges

BLP CONNEXION serves orders with a place of delivery within the Greek territory. Orders weighing up to 2 kilos are sent with the partner courier company (General Post) and are charged with shipping costs of 5 euros/order for a weight of up to 2 kilos, and with an extra €1 for every kilo over 2. For orders involving large quantities or bulky products shipments are made with a transport agency after telephone consultation and in these cases, payments are made only by deposit to our bank account.

The prices listed in this paragraph include VAT.

In addition, you have the possibility to pick up your order with your own through our store.

 

1.Orders are processed within the next 3 business days. The delivery time is solely up to the courier or transport companies, but may also be affected by the payment method you have chosen (e.g. the completion and appearance time of the bank transfer may vary depending on the Bank (usually 2-3 working days)

2.The dispatch of orders after they have been accepted will, if possible, be carried out within 5 working days, unless special circumstances affect the load of courier companies and cause extraordinary delays.

In the case of hard-to-reach or remote areas, shipping and delivery of your products may take longer.

3.In any case, the delivery of the order will not exceed 30 days, except in cases of force majeure (transport strikes, bad weather, or periods of heavy courier workload.

 

6.Product return costs.

The costs of returning products that we sent you that are defective or incorrect are borne by us, as long as you return them with the courier company cooperating with us or the carrier that delivered them to you.

You are responsible for the return costs of non-defective products.

In any case and for your complete information, the final transport cost is calculated before shipping and payment and a relevant email is sent to you.

7.Control of products upon receipt

Upon delivery you must check the products you receive, as after this you bear the risk of their accidental destruction, deterioration, or loss. Your signature on the receipt form means that you acknowledge that you received the products of your order correctly and that they are not defective.

8.Non-receipt of products

If the customer does not receive the product within 30 days after receiving the notice to ship and despite the relevant notification from the carrier, BLP CONNEXION reserves the right to withdraw from the sale. In such event, the customer will receive a credit note equal to the sales price, less shipping costs, which will be paid by BLP CONNEXION in the same way that the customer paid the price.

In the event that you wish to receive the products again, the costs of reshipping them will be borne by you, regardless of the amount of the order.

9.Retention of title

Products that may have been delivered to you without having been fully or partially paid for, remain the property of BLP CONNEXION until final, full and complete payment of the price.

10.Consumer Rights – Liability                                                                                                                                                       The rights of consumers from the provisions on the sale of consumer goods and guarantees of the Civil Code and the Consumer Protection Act, as well as from any other relevant provision, apply as provided for in the above legal provisions. BLP CONNEXION's liability for defects or lack of agreed properties is limited to a period of two months from receipt of the products by the customer.

Customer claims for compensation or monetary satisfaction of any kind and legal basis are excluded. In particular, claims for damage to health, life and physical integrity are excluded.

11.Protection of personal data

We inform you that for the purpose of fulfilling our obligations from our transaction, your personal data that you give us is collected and kept exclusively for the fulfillment of these obligations, as well as for the purposes of complying with the obligations imposed on us by law (e.g. issuance of legal documents, submission of tax returns, etc.). These data will not be transmitted to unauthorized third parties, except our partners, whose services are necessary for the execution of the contract (eg carriers, IT support companies, hosting our website, etc.). All our partners are committed in writing to the protection of your personal data. Any customer data contained in returned products will be deleted by BLP CONNEXION and will not be further processed by BLP CONNEXION.

12.Final provisions

These general terms and conditions are governed by Greek law. For any dispute between BLP CONNEXION and the customer, the competent courts of Athens are responsible for its resolution. For the extrajudicial resolution of the dispute you can also contact the competent bodies for the out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes, e.g. the General Secretariat for Consumer Affairs of the Ministry of Development and Competitiveness (Pl. The protection of the laws on distance contracts, as well as these terms and conditions, applies only to transactions with natural persons who are dealing for reasons that do not fall within the scope of their commercial, craft, business, or professional activity.

In the event of non-application of any provision of this Agreement, the other provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

13. Update and amendment

BLP CONNEXION WAY reserves the right to amend/update individual sections of these Terms and Conditions without obligation to inform you in advance. Please always read these Terms before entering into any transaction to keep yourself informed of the current version of these Terms, in case any amendments or updates have been made.
